ingredient
- 4 Eggs
- 70g Porridge Oats
- 4tbsp Semi Skimmed Milk
- Fresh Fruit, chopped
- Maple Syrup
method
- Add the eggs, oats and milk into a blender and blend until the batter is smooth.
- Place a large frying pan onto a medium heat and carefully pour 1tsp of cooking oil onto a it. Once the oil has heated, spread evenly over the pans surface using a silicone pastry brush.
- Using a tablespoon, transfer one and a half spoons of mixture into the pan. Make sure you utilise the space in the pan so that you can cook a batch at a time.
- You will start to see little bubbles appearing on the top of the batter, usually around the 3 minute mark; once this happens flip the pancakes over.
- Once both sides are cooked, which will take 5-6mins in total, remove the cooked pancakes from the pan and place onto kitchen roll.
- Repeat until all of the batter has been used.
- Plate the pancakes and top with your favourite fresh fruit and maple syrup.
