ingredient
  • 4 Eggs
  • 70g Porridge Oats
  • 4tbsp Semi Skimmed Milk
  • Fresh Fruit, chopped
  • Maple Syrup
method
  1. Add the eggs, oats and milk into a blender and blend until the batter is smooth.
  2. Place a large frying pan onto a medium heat and carefully pour 1tsp of cooking oil onto a it. Once the oil has heated, spread evenly over the pans surface using a silicone pastry brush.
  3. Using a tablespoon, transfer one and a half spoons of mixture into the pan. Make sure you utilise the space in the pan so that you can cook a batch at a time.
  4. You will start to see little bubbles appearing on the top of the batter, usually around the 3 minute mark; once this happens flip the pancakes over.
  5. Once both sides are cooked, which will take 5-6mins in total, remove the cooked pancakes from the pan and place onto kitchen roll.
  6. Repeat until all of the batter has been used.
  7. Plate the pancakes and top with your favourite fresh fruit and maple syrup.
